Adductors PNF stretch – getting your knees to the floor

Our inner thighs, adductors, often get tight from cycling and general living. This video shows the PNF techique to lengthen and stretch (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). A highly effective way to increase ROM and flexibility. It’s how I got my knees to the floor!

Yoga for when you’re tired – Leg lengthening & Stretching
