August 14, 2020

The good news is temperatures will not be ridiculous on Saturday 15th of August, the not so good news is that it is likely to get a little damp so dress appropriately. We hope to see you at Barry Avenue at 9 am.

If there are more than 6 of riders per group ride, we’ll split into 2 groups, so if you’re able to download the route onto your Garmin, please do so.

Please register on the Doodle Poll if you’re planning on coming. And remember to bring your mask and gloves

A Ride – Jeeves (104km, 800m climb)

No one so far …

Despite the fact that James seems to be the only one to riding this w/e he will ‘lead’ A ride to Wendover Woods and buy himself cake here
Anybody who fancies joining James, sign up using Doodle.

B Ride – Liam (90km)

This week’s B ride plan is to head down Englefield way and do a loop around Reading for the return. It’s just over 90km with some short hills on the way home.

The farm shop is open there (but not the tea rooms)  if we wish to have a stop.

I’ll come armed with a backup route that stays closer to home if we find the weather is especially poor.

C Ride – Michelle (38 miles, 370m climb)

The C ride is heading out Twyford way this week, via Maidenhead and Holyport. A cake stop at Fernygrove about mile 23 will set us up nicely for a sprint back to Windsor via the Park.
