Running Option 1 – Dorney Lake

BTS Tuesday Run Club (PLEASE NOTE CHANGE TO PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS)

Coach: Andrea

Yoga is back on so we now meet 6:30 pm @ entrance gates to Bray Lake. We will then run over to Dorney Lake for the main run session. For those meeting at Dorney – meet us at the Start Tower at the top of the Lake (see picture below) for 6:35 pm (or just after)

It’s the return of an old favourite – Yassos

Warm-up: 10 – 15 mins
Main : 6-8 x 800m @ threshold w/ 1 min walking recovery
Cooldown : 10 – 15 mins

Running Option 2 – Dedworth Library

Coach: Lynda

I’ll be headed to run ‘that hill’ tonight. So will be running from the yoga venue / Dedworth Library at 6:45 pm tonight if anyone wants to join.
