BTS Awards Night
Our biggest night of the year — a proper end-of-season celebration. Great food, great company, a few well-earned awards, a silent auction, and prizes, lots and lots of prizes. Partners, friends and +1s all welcome.
One ticket, everything in
Under £50 a head, subsidised by our sponsors — one ticket covers the lot.
Your ticket includes:
- 🥂 Welcome drink
- 🍽️ Three-course meal
- 🍷 Wine on the table
- ☕ Coffee & petit fours
- 🎉 Fun stuff
- 🏆 Prizes — lots of them
Making a night of it? We can usually sort a discounted room rate at the venue — just ask when you sign up.
Our principal sponsor Westbrook Waste (with Data Kraken) helps subsidise the whole evening — so more of the squad can be in the room. Thank you.

Awards & nominations
Members have a voice. When the forms go out, nominate your most inspirational club mate, the most improved, or the most embarrassing moment of the season.
Silent auction
We run an online silent auction plus a small live one on the night — bag a bargain, back the club, and enjoy the bidding-war banter.
Photos & memories
Dig out your best BTS photos and clips from the season — we pull them together into an awards-night montage. Keep an eye on the members’ chat for where to send them.
Save the date — 2026
Before you start booking those ski and sun trips, you’ll at least have our party to look forward to. Sign up and let us know if you’re bringing a +1.
