We have BTA certified triathlon coaches and experienced members who are always willing to offer advice and support to new members or those coming into the sport.
Our members range from GB team athletes and Ironman competitors to novice triathletes attempting their first-ever event.
On the social front, we have something happening every month – barbecues, picnics, outings or just meeting up in the pub
We have our annual awards to recognise significant contributions to the club, sportsmanship, and performances at a sprint, Olympic, middle and long-distance races.
No surprises, your annual membership fee covers ALL your training, as little or often as you like.
We love to give back. And help the community. Each year the committee will vote for a charity to support.
Kit & offers
We have a high-quality club race kit to help you stand out from the crowd. Discounted tri products and services. We also have a 10% on bike boxes.
Are you wanting to take on the ultimate challenge? No one should have to do this alone.
BTS is part of the Ironman Triathlon Club Program, meaning that our members have early access to race entries, which can be vital for those popular events we all have on our bucket list.
Our annual and weekly training programmes offer the opportunity to adapt the sessions in order to make sure that step up to longer distances is achievable. In 2019 we had 17 members cross IM finish lines across the world, benefitting from the advice and support from experienced members and coaches on everything you need to know; how to enter, kit, training, injury management, nutrition and racing. Whether you aim to complete or compete, we have the program and support to get you to your finish line!

We offer a range of events throughout the year to cater for all members and interests
During the winter months we join up with our Friends at F3 Events to take part in their winter duathlon series at Dorney Lake, as well as being part of the pacing team for their half marathons. In addition, there are other, local, half marathon and running events that are entered. The main event for the winter is BallBuster. Training in September and October is tailored specifically for this event, with a focus on conquering hills.
As spring progresses, marathon season is upon us. Each year we have several members who run at the various marathons in the UK and around the world. London and Brighton are popular choices for our runners.
During the summer our attention turns to triathlon. We promote and a range of events for our members to take part in to cater for all abilities and distances.
- Marlow Classic multi-sport event (sprint, Olympic, 70.3, aquabike)
- Dorney Sprints and GB qualifiers
- Windsor Triathlon (sprint and Olympic)
- Marlow Fugitive (sprint, Olympic, 70.3, aquabike)
In addition to the regular events above we also aim to promote a 70.3 and or Ironman event, depending on interest. We try to alternate between a UK and a European destination to offer members a range of options to take part in.
