Hello BTS Run Fans….

I hope you are all keeping as healthy and sane as possible.

Today’s indoor / outdoor run session is as follows:

Warm-up : 10-15 mins easy (RPE 5)

Main Set : 800m x 6-8 (RPE 8/9) w/ 2 min walking recovery

Cool down : 5 mins easy (RPE 5)

And if you don’t fancy doing that … it’s fine, go easy on yourself, and just go out for a run (or get on the treadmill) without any set in mind, try and switch off for a bit, and just enjoy the simple pleasure of being able to run.
