  • Have a heavyweight, medium weight and 2x small weights
  • SET 1
    • 20 Squats – heavyweight
    • 20 situps¬†– with a twist
  • SET 2
    • 20 reverse fly – 2x lighter weights
    • 1 min plank
  • SET 3
    • 20 Step up – heavyweight
    • 20 dead bug
  • SET 4
    • 20 weight throws – heavyweight
    • 1 min swim kick on back
