Berkshire Tri Squad are excited to be making all our training sessions from 17-25th Jan available to non-members as part of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Fit for Life week.
During the week, we have a range of sessions taking place in all three triathlon disciplines – swimming, cycling and running – as well as circuit training and pilates. This includes sessions covering technique as well as longer rides and runs. You’ll be able to get some top tips from our experienced coaches and instructors.

You will also be able to chat to other members of the club about triathlon in general or the benefits of membership of the club, which includes having this range of training sessions available throughout the year.
